For a minute I thought it was THE Adrian Chiles, and I thought what a prick, but then I thought Adrian does have a bit of savvy, it’s just some idiot thinking that putting in a false email address would be covering their tracks. I was interested in who it could be since every single comment and blog post, oh and media article has been positive/on my side. So I thought I’d take a check at the ip address, because WordPress tracks IP addresses.
Now I wasn’t expecting to see what I did when I stuck the IP address in an IP address locator. I wonder how they’ll explain this one away?
Of course if you’ve been following this story from day one, you’ll know that Go-Ahead is one of the companies that wn Southeastern Trains. Coinkydinky? I fear not my dear readers. I wonder if it’s Go-Ahead’s company policy to allow their staff online during work hours and insult customers, more importantly customers that have complained.

I’m somewhat perturbed about an incident doing the rounds of the Blogosphere where two of your REO’s detained one of your customers unlawfully, for taking photos of them. This could be constued as “false imprisonment”
“The crime of false imprisonment can be committed when the victim is restrained physically, like being locked in a car. It can also be committed simply by words, as where intimidation or commands are used, if the victim submits.”
I presume that the REOs that you train will be reminded of their duty to obey the law the same way that you would expect your fare paying passengers to do so.
And this little missive from the Go-ahead-group doesn’t help your cause.
