As some of you may have guessed YBC is not a huge fan of any of the big 3 parties. So to help in our own little way we’ve decided to endorse any independent PPC who nas NEVER been a member of Parliament. Some of the poor buggers are financing their own campaigns and are ordinary people like you and me. Please support them! If you are an independent and you want a link here contact us!
Gordon Kennedy
YBC has had some contact with Gordon via social media and by email. He’s a stand up warts and all guy and is a pretty straight talker. Go have a look at his agenda. Apart from that we absolutely love his domain name! Gordon is also responsible for the PPCP on the site. How can you not vote for a PPC who endorses those principles?
Denny de la Haye
YBC is a huge fan of Direct Democracy, and of course is also a big fan of the internet. What happens when you combine both? Well, you get Denny and his site A rather interesting take on things and definitely worth a look. It may be the way of the future.
Old Holborn
OH is a well known blogger and a general pain in the arse to the ruling elite. We like this. OH has helped this site quite a bit and it would be remiss of us not to include him here. Yes an anonymous blogger is standing for election, in Cambridge. His profile page at Jury Team doesn’t encopass how much he’s actually done, but his blog is definitely worth a look. It’s a blog that we recommend as a daily read.
Peter Shields
Peter is a proponent of direct democracy, and if elected will be allowing his constituents to vote through his website on matters that are important to them. On Peter’s policy page he says: “As your representative I would represent the majority view of my constituents on any & every issue – regardless of my own beliefs or opinions.” Now that’s how politics should be!
